The Student Success Task Force (formerly known as Strategic Enrollment Management Committee, or SEM) coordinates comprehensive planning that contributes to student access, recruitment, persistence, and completion and aligns with the college’s overall mission, vision and values. The committee develops holistic and integrated approaches to enrollment management that are sustainable, integrated, proactive and personalized. The committee’s focus is to design and support equity-driven, collaborative, data-informed, and tech-supported systems, practices, strategies and policies that reduce institutional and systemic barriers for students.
