New Hire Onboarding Series
As part of your onboarding experience, Faculty, Exempt, Full-Time, and Part-Time Classified Staff will attend a four-week New Hire Onboarding Series. Each week focuses on a key area to help you navigate our campus, access essential resources, and feel confident in your new role. You'll attend one session per week for four weeks.

Meet your Human Resources Team
Kendra Sprague
VP of Foundation, HR, and Legal Affairs
I have been in HR at LCC since 2011. Prior to joining the LCC family, I practiced
law in southwest Washington and ran a legal aid clinic. I am here to help you with
labor relations, personnel matters, policy development/interpretation, and collective
bargaining agreements. I am also the Title IX and EEO Coordinator for the college
and the head of the LCC Foundation.

Director of HR
I've been part of the HR team at LCC since 2014, and I’m also an LCC alum – in fact, I first joined LCC as a Running Start student!
Whether you have questions about policies and procedures, collective bargaining agreements, recruitment, conflict resolution, medical leave, employee accommodations, evaluations, position changes, compensation, training, or anything else HR-related, I’m here to assist you.
