Full Statement (Long Version)

The full statement appears in places such as the quarterly class mailer and website and is generally only used by Effectiveness and College Relations staff.

In addition to the locations noted below, the continuous notice is required on flyers and posters displayed on campus that "advertise something" vs. "notifications" that contain information for internal audiences like a room location change or class cancellation.

You must use a MINIMUM eight-point font size and accessible color contrast on your materials. An unreadable notice is the same as a missing statement: both are considered out of compliance.

Continuous Notice

For use in handbooks, catalogs, announcements, bulletins, publications, and application forms that are available to people entitled to notice (students, parents, applicants, employees, etc.) or which are otherwise used in connection with the recruitment of students or employees, as well as posted in the facility.
