Exceptional Faculty Grants are designed to support projects that promote student learning or that develop services that promote student learning in alignment with the college's Core Themes.
The Exceptional Faculty Grant Committee reports to the Instructional Council.
Membership consists of three faculty representatives, one member of the LCC Foundation, and one instructional dean.
Any full-time or part-time faculty member may apply for an Exceptional Faculty Grant. See Foundation Grants for instructions, application form, and deadlines. Applications are accepted each year at the start of Spring quarter and reviewed by the committee in May.
Projects should emphasize innovative approaches to teaching and learning and may relate to existing or new programs, courses or services.
