The purpose of Strategic Enrollment Management at LCC is to unify the college and its practices, policies, and procedures to maximize enrollment, boost retention and create a vibrant and supportive environment that leads to student success.
Initiative topics currently under discussion include academic advising, athletics, BAS degrees, career assessment, corporate training, eLearning enrollment, international programs, multicultural outreach, performing and visual arts, non-academic supports/solution center, professional/technical enrollment & outreach, reputation, and university center.
The Strategic Enrollment Management Committee reports to the LCC President and is supported administratively by Student Services and Effectiveness & College Relations.
Committee members include: Tamra Gilchrist, Wendy Hall, Chad Meadors, Sue Orchard, Dani Trimble, and Nolan Wheeler.
The committee meets monthly and/or as needed.
