Microsoft Office 365 Help

Lower Columbia College employees are eligible to download Microsoft Office 365 and install it on up to five personal devices for free. You are eligible as long as you are employed by Lower Columbia College.

  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Outlook
  • OneNote
  • and more

In addition, you get 1 TB of storage through OneDrive for Business so you can access your documents whenever you need them. If you use a computer that doesn’t have Office installed you can edit or review assignments in Office Online in any browser.

Office supports PCs and Windows tablets running Windows 7 or higher and Macs with Mac OS X 10.6 or higher.

Office for iPad can be installed on iPads running version 7.0 or higher.

Download the Office App you want to use, then log in using the Microsoft account you created with your LCC email address. You can create your account by visiting Get Office 365.

Your free Office 365 subscription ends.

No. Since you get Office 365 as a free employee resource, there is no compensation for previous purchases.

Office supports having both a personal account and a work account.

Your personal account will be associated with a different email address than your work acount.
